"people are like diamonds"
a metaphor someone used the other night in all seriousness.
and at first thought, i thought it was really cheesy.
because diamonds are kind of disgusting in our society.
but i really liked the comparison
because she said how we have so many different surfaces
and layers
and we absorb different frequencies of energy
and we are pretty strong
and overly looked at
but not looked at enough
